Disheartened
I understand that Madonna has put in a lot and given a lot to be able to do what she wants, but to push the start time from 7:30 to 10:30 and then not go on until 11:15 on a Thursday is a little ridiculous. That is what they paid so much money for, the classics, the songs that we can tell our kids and grand-kids when we introduce them to Madonna, that we heard and saw in concert. I know she's always been political and spoken her mind, which is great, but a lot of time was "spent" talking and not playing music. She misses no details and expects greatness, as well as the Chicago theater is a magnificent venue, though they could've at least put the air on. I also understand that artists that are still making great music after decades do not want to just travel and play their hits all the time, but Madonna has so many of them and that is what the audience wants to hear. And I have to say that the art of her sets, dancing, dramas, story lines, etc. were amazing.
